Snowshoe is upside down: the Village sits at the top. Our homes are spread across South Mountain, the Summit, and Silver Creek, so you can pick ski-in/out, a five-minute walk to dinner, or the quietest street on the hill.

We bought our first Snowshoe condo in 2020 and never stopped. Every home gets renovated before it hosts a single guest, and Sarah styles each one so it feels warm the second you walk in. You'll deal with us directly, before, during, and after your stay.
Our story
Our promise
Text us between 8am and 10pm Eastern and one of us, Austin or Sarah, writes back within the hour. Not a call center, not a script. The two people who chose the tile and stocked the kitchen.
Outside those hours you get the first reply of the morning. Mid-stay emergencies are the exception; say so in the text.
Quick answers

Yes at Timbers 3 and Timbers 5, with a $250 pet fee paid at booking. Cats, birds, and other pets are welcome too, at the same fee, just tell us what you're bringing. The five condos are no-pet by condo association rule.
Snowshoe closes twice a year: early April to about May 21, and mid-October to Thanksgiving week. The lifts are off but the homes stay open at lower rates, and a weather closure during a booked stay becomes a full credit.
